Torticollis is identified by the posture of the head and neck from a unilateral shortening of the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) causing the head to tilt in one direction and rotate in the opposing direction. This course will help attendees to understand the complex nature of return to sport recommendations, as well as what evidence is available to assist with decision-making. This course is directly related to the practice of physical therapy and athletic training and is therefore appropriate for the PT/PTA and AT.
