This LARA-compliant training will cover the current research on Implicit Biases and what interventions individuals and organizations can do to address and dismantle Implicit Bias.
This course was created to meet the requirement for Implicit Bias Training for individuals licensed by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) Bureau of Professional Licensing, though information in it is relevant to all states.
