Debbie Struiksma PT, NCS is a program director and physical therapist for Complete Balance Solutions Institute for Rehab, an outpatient clinic in Orange County, California. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in 1997 and has been certified by the ABPTS as a neurologic clinical specialist since 2005. She completed the Emory vestibular competency course in 2001 and the cervicogenic course in 2013. She began her career in the inpatient rehab setting and transitioned in 2000 to the outpatient setting as the clinical supervisor for the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center Balance and Vestibular Clinic. She has remained primarily in the outpatient setting over the span of her career with an emphasis on the treatment of vestibular issues with a special interest in chronic dizziness disorders
