The course broke down every part of the golf swing, with compensation patterns and injuries and addressed how to correct them. I don't golf, so it was a great way to be introduced to proper mechanics and return to sport drills.

I do not play golf, but I watch a lot of golf and am a pediatric physical therapist that has worked with children with disabilities for 22 years. I have two teenagers that are athletes and have been intrigued watching them grow and watching challenges with them and their peers regarding youth sports. Although not designed that way, I found the presentation to be conducive to translation to youth sports and golf, in particular, for injury prevention through developmental years and adolescence.

Great break down of mechanics..find the intrinsic kinetic flaw, fix and move on.,, another answer to the problems is to do what my istructor suggested.., take a foot off of each club so they'll fit in the trash can. EXCELLENT program

I thought that Maurie did a great job explaining the joint restrictions and muscle imbalances that would be associated with the address posture and each phase of the golf swing. He also gave good tips on what to look for and how to recognize each swing flaw you would see as you assess each patient. It was a well designed and executed presentation.

One of my favorite courses. As a golfer, the proper positioning and execution of swing phases is paramount to injury prevention. Very few golfers understand these concepts and even fewer train correctly. Thanks for a wonderful and educational session.
