This course will solidify basic concepts of foot function and how the interactions of ankle, rearfoot and forefoot produce a normal gait pattern. This understanding will allow you to quickly assess the foot and determine where is the most likely pain culprit? This is the starting point for determining the proper treatment strategies in more complex situations. This course is directly related to the practice of physical therapy and athletic training and is therefore appropriate for the PT/PTA and AT.
Editor's Note: Regarding Pennsylvania credits, this course is approved by the PA State Board of Physical Therapy for .5 hours of general and 1.5 hours of Direct Access CE credit.
